Four years ago, I left my life on the east coast and started anew in California. The timing was wild, and there were moments I didn’t know how I’d survive. But not only have I survived, I’ve started to thrive. I’ve discovered so much more about myself, my love for travel, and the therapeutic power of the sauna.
